Frequently Asked Questions1. Which Instant Pop Up Canopy should I choose?
The Professional 40 range of instant pop up canopies are a lightweight structure ideal for ease of use whilst being strong and more suitable for regular use.
The Instaframe 50 range of instant pop up canopies are very strong and robust and can be used in almost any situation. Although one person can put the 3M x 3M canopy up on their own, it is always advisable to have a minimum of two helping as these canopies are heavy in comparison to others. However, this is the structure to choose if you are wanting to use it day in and day out all year round.
The Vitabri canopy is excellent for promotional marquees with the ability to digitally print photographic quality images onto the roof and sides.
2. What size do the canopies pack down to?
Height wise the canopies pack down to a size of roughly 5' - 5' 6" and a width and breadth that varies from 12" x 12" to about 18" x 18".
The only variation to this would be the 4M x 4M Instaframe 50 which packs down height wise to around 80" due to the 2M roof struts.
3. Do I need any tools for assembly?
No assembly tools are required. The first time the instant pop up marquee is used, you will be required to put the roof on, but once the roof cover is attached, it should stay onto the frame throughout it's life.
4. Are you able to provide spare parts?
All spare parts are available to order.
5. Is it possible to buy the Instaframe 50 with a Polyester roof and to have PVC sides or vice versa?
It is possible to purchase the Instaframe 50 in any colour option you may require such as black roof and white sides and also any combination of either PVC or Polyester.
